Refund policy

At The Pour House, we work hard to make sure every order is prepared with care and meets our quality standards. Because all of our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns once an order has been picked up or delivered.

Refunds & Replacements

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may offer a refund or replacement in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong item

  • An item was missing from your order

  • Your order was damaged or unsafe to consume upon arrival

  • There was another verifiable issue with the quality of your food

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide your order number and a description of the problem. Photos are appreciated when applicable.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds or replacements for:

  • Items that were prepared correctly but did not meet personal taste preferences

  • Orders that were not picked up on time

  • Food that has been partially or fully consumed

  • Any situation where the food cannot be returned due to its perishable nature

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are prepared. Once preparation has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
